All posted orders will arrive in a 100% recycled cardboard box. 

This best protects your bag during delivery and ensures the minimum of packaging material is used.

Please help further reduce the impact of our packaging by reusing or recycling it further wherever possible.


    Pickup from the mattt HQ

    • Customers are welcome to pickup their order from mattt HQ in the Nicholas Building, Melbourne CBD.
    • This obviously means delivery is free.
    • Orders can be collected during our business hours or by appointment outside these times.
    • You will receive an additional email confirming the delivery date and details.
    • Select mattt HQ from the delivery options at checkout.

    Delivery within Australia - UPDATED 19/04/12

    • Delivery is complimentary (or free) to any address within Australia.
    • A list of updated delivery times can be found on our calendar.
    • You will receive an additional email to confirm the delivery date and details.
    • All orders are delivered by Australia Post Registered which allows us to track your order (and also arrive a little bit faster).
    • A work or PO Box is sometimes easier as your order won’t need to be collected from your local post office.
    • We're also more than happy to arrange Express Delivery, send us a message to work it out. 

    Delivery to New Zealand - UPDATED 19/04/12

    • Delivery is complimentary (or free) to any address within New Zealand, and usually takes between 7 to 10 days to arrive.
    • A list of updated delivery times can be found on our calendar.
    • You will receive an additional email to confirm the delivery date and details.
    • We use Australia Post Airmail (with insurance) for all deliveries to New Zealand.
    • A signature will be required upon delivery, so a work or PO Box is sometimes easier.

    International delivery - UPDATED 19/04/12

    • We charge $15 for International delivery, and takes up to 20 days to arrive (but normally closer to ten).
    • You will receive an additional email to confirm the expected delivery date.
    • We use Australia Post International Airmail for all international orders.
    • All import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, however we are more than happy to help determine what these might be before your order is sent.
