Delivery
All posted orders will arrive in a cardboard box produced from recycled content and sealed with a biodegradable paper tape. This best protects your bag during delivery and ensures the minimum of packaging material is used.
Please help further reduce the impact of our packaging by reusing or recycling it further wherever possible.
Pickup from the Studio & Shop
- Customers are welcome to pickup their order from our Studio & Shop in Gertrude Street, Fitzroy
- This obviously means delivery is free
- Orders can be collected during our business hours or by appointment outside these times
- You will receive an additional email confirming the delivery date and details
- Select the Studio & Shop from the delivery options at checkout
Delivery within Australia
- We charge $10.00 to deliver any order anywhere in Australia, and take up to ten days to arrive (but usually much quicker)
- You will receive an additional email to confirm the delivery date and details
- All orders are delivered by Australia Post Express which allows us to track your order (and also arrive a little bit faster)
- A work or PO Box is sometimes easier as your order won’t need to be collected from the post office
Delivery to New Zealand
- We charge $10.00 to deliver to anywhere in New Zealand, and usually take ten days to arrive
- You will receive an additional email to confirm the delivery date and details
- We use Australia Post Airmail (with insurance) for all deliveries to New Zealand.
- A signature will be required upon delivery, so a work or PO Box is sometimes easier
International delivery
- We charge $10 for International delivery, and takes up to twenty days to arrive.
- You will receive an additional email to confirm the delivery date
- We use Australia Post International Airmail (with insurance) for all international orders
- All import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, however we are more than happy to help determine what these might be before your order is sent
Returns
We are happy to accept items for return or exchange within thirty days of receiving your order providing
- your bag is unused
- the invoice (or copy) is provided
- you’ve contacted us beforehand to arrange the return
We can’t offer refunds when you’ve changed your mind about your order, however we are more than happy to issue you with a gift voucher to the value of your return which is valid for one year.
If you received an incorrect or defective bag please contact us to arrange a replacement.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product purchased from our online store or a market stall please contact us to discuss the most convenient way to arrange your exchange.
We will issue a gift voucher for any difference between the products which will be valid for one year.
Please note that it will take about four days once received to process returns or exchanges.
