How we make our bags
The majority of our sewing is done on a Juki DDL-9000A (a fully automated, straight-stitch sewing machine mounted in a custom workbench) - and yes we are a little nerdy about our sewing machines : )
Why we make our bags
By making everything ourselves means that we can guarantee the quality of everything we produce, and if something isn't quite right we know exactly why that might be.
We will always produce our bags in-house (rather than outsourcing either locally or off-shore) as we actually really enjoy the process of making things (well most days anyhow) and also firmly believe the production process is just as important as the products we create.
