I'm happy to accept items for return or exchange within thirty days of receiving your order providing

  • the bag is unused
  • the invoice (or copy) is provided
  • you’ve contacted me beforehand to arrange the return 

I don't generally offer refunds when you’ve changed your mind about your order, however we are more than happy to issue you with a gift voucher to the value of your return which has no expiry date.

If you received an incorrect or defective bag please contact me to arrange a replacement.



If you would like to exchange a product please contact me to discuss the most convenient way to arrange your exchange.

I will issue a gift voucher for any difference between the products which will have no expiry date.

Please note that it can take me a day or two once received to process returns or exchanges.
